The "Dream Keepers" College Program is an initiative to engage college students across the country in efforts to build a memorial in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. on the prestigious National Mall in Washington, DC. The Washington, DC Martin Luther King Jr., National Memorial Project Foundation will host four students from the college that donates the most to the memorial at the groundbreaking ceremony in November 2006.
