Welcome
Thank you for your interest in the Washington, DC Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial.
The Washington, DC Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial is being built to honor Dr. King's contributions to world peace through non-violent social change. The vision of the Memorial captures the essence of his message, a message in which he so eloquently affirms the commanding tenants of the American Dream - Freedom, Democracy and Opportunity for All. Your support puts us one step closer to making this dream a reality.

Fundraising
The goal in building Dr. King's National Memorial is not only to remember and honor Dr. King's legacy but more importantly, to carry on Dr. King's work. The estimated cost to build and maintain the Memorial is $100 million. Of that amount, $93 million
has been raised to-date but we have not reached our goal. Dr. King's Memorial cannot be built without the help of friends like you. Help us "Build the Dream" by making a donation today.
